HEADACHES AND MIGRAINES

Possible factors for headaches and migraines

Many factors can contribute to frequent headaches and/or migraines, including food sensitivities/ allergies, gastrointestinal issues, and neurotransmitter imbalances. Frequent headaches and low serotonin levels are strongly correlated with gluten sensitivity. Eliminating the offending foods can reduce inflammation, thereby reducing headaches. Brain chemicals, such as serotonin, help keep nervous system pain in balance. If there is an imbalance, it could cause headaches.
